David R. Flamer, CPA

David is the founder and principal in the Agoura Hills firm of David R. Flamer, An Accountancy Corporation, where he has served the community with hands-on tax planning, tax compliance, and management solutions for over 30 years. Prior to his association with that firm, Mr. Flamer worked within the Tax Division of Arthur Andersen & Company in their Los Angeles Office.

David received his B.S. in Business from the University of Southern California in December, 1984.

David is a past chair of the California Society of C.P.A.’s Los Angeles Chapter’s Taxation Committee, and is also a past chair of the Society’s Statewide Committee on Taxation Additionally, during the period from 1997 to 2000, Mr. Flamer was an appointed member to the Administrative Committee of the California State Board of Accountancy. (The Administrative Committee is the arm of the Board of Accountancy that provides enforcement of the rules and regulations of the California Accountancy Act)

David has authored several articles and appears before live and radio audiences on a regular basis.
